Listing-Ops

In development Does the work of a Reselling broker

Photograph it and it's listed. Phone photos become publish-ready eBay listings in any category, with orders, feedback, and payouts handled.

A real listing in the product: photos in, AI extracts the item, writes the title, prices it, publishes to eBay.

Who it is for

For operators who turn raw inventory into listings that sell.

Resellers, thrift flippers, and businesses liquidating surplus assets who want inventory photographed, listed, sold, and paid out without living in eBay's back office.

Why it wins

Rough in. Ready out.

01

Queue and start next. Photograph the next item while the AI finishes the specifics on the last one, all from your phone.

Turns phone photos into complete eBay listings: local vision models read the item, fill the required item specifics from eBay's live category schema, and draft the title, description, and price.

02

Any category, one workflow. Apparel, cameras, tools, collectibles, books, games: the same photos-in, listing-out flow.

Sizes up a sourcing find before you buy it. Scout Mode takes a photo and returns the identified item, live eBay comps, and a buy-up-to price with fees, shipping, and margin already factored.

03

The core vision pipeline runs on our own GPUs, so your photos and inventory data never leave for someone else's cloud.

Runs the whole selling loop after publish: order sync, tracking, AI-drafted buyer feedback, returns, local pickup, and a My Earnings view of what's held, released, and owed.

How it works

Shoot. Draft. Publish.

01

Snap

Snap a few photos of the item from your phone.

02

Draft

The AI identifies it, checks part numbers against eBay's own catalog, fills the required specifics, and drafts the listing with a price.

03

Sell

Review, publish, and let Listing-Ops carry it through sale, feedback, and payout.

  • $7,968 in gross eBay sales moved through the platform between late April and June 2026.
  • A two-person team runs the whole operation, and one of them lists, publishes, and ships entirely from a phone, in Vietnamese.
  • List Anything shipped behind a zero-regression gate: the A/B eval scored identical, 0.977 old prompt vs 0.977 new, before any-category extraction went live.
  • First external pilot tenant is live on the multi-tenant layer with verified data isolation.

Pricing and access

We run our own eBay business on it every day, and the first pilot tenant is already live. Multi-tenant seats open selectively; follow the build log, or tell us about your operation.

FAQ

Plain answers.

Is this open to the public?

Not self-serve yet. We run our own eBay operation on it daily and the first pilot tenant is live. Tell us about your operation and we'll talk.

Which marketplaces does it support?

eBay, end to end. That's where we sell every day, so that's what's real. Orders, feedback, returns, payouts, and eBay's compliance requirements are all built in.

How does Scout Mode price things?

It reads live eBay comps for the item it identified, then factors fees, shipping, and your margin into a buy-up-to price. You see the math before you spend a dollar.

Does it work in other languages?

The whole app, including the in-app AI assistant, is fully bilingual English and Vietnamese. One of our own sellers runs everything in Vietnamese from his phone.

Do I have to babysit the AI?

Only as much as you want to. Queue and start next lets you photograph the next item while the AI finishes the last one, and you review drafts before anything publishes.
