Customer-Ops

In development Does the work of a Sales-ops manager

We run our company on this. In daily production use at Magic Unicorn.

Every customer's invoices, emails, meetings, and projects in one live 360, with an AI Relations Officer who drafts the next move.

One Unicorn Commander login covers the whole suite.

Who it is for

For teams who answer customers across every channel from one pane.

Founders, sellers, and small teams who want the whole customer picture (money, mail, meetings, delivery) in one cockpit, without babysitting a CRM.

Why it wins

One thread. Every channel.

01

Your pipeline is current to the minute without anyone re-keying data into a CRM.

Builds a live customer-360 by federating contacts, invoices, email threads, meetings, and projects from Contact-Ops, Accounting-Ops, Email-Ops, Meeting-Ops, and Project-Ops. It reads live, so there is no second database to keep in sync.

02

Follow-ups, meeting prep, and collections nudges show up already drafted. You confirm, it acts.

Runs five relationship agents on staff: lead triage, next-best-action, meeting prep, follow-up drafting, and collections nudges. They run on local models at $0 inference, with per-call opt-in to Claude.

03

Every write and every agent run is audited, so you always know exactly who did what and when.

Answers pipeline questions in chat, and in Operator mode the Relations Officer proposes writes (stage moves, notes, mark-lost, reopen) behind a propose, confirm, execute gate. Every action lands in an append-only audit log.

How it works

Meet the customer. Act. Close the loop.

01

Connect once

Sign in with your Unicorn Commander account. Customer-Ops pulls your contacts, books, mail, meetings, and projects live from the apps that own them.

02

Agents work the pipeline

The Relations Officer and five relationship agents watch the pipeline, triage new leads, and draft the next move for every deal.

03

You confirm, it acts

You confirm proposed actions with one click. Everything executes with full audit trail behind it.

Proof points

  • Live in production at customer-ops.unicorncommander.ai since June 2026, running Magic Unicorn's own customer pipeline every day (13 real relationships and counting).
  • In a 40-call live A/B, the bundled local Qwen model matched Claude quality across all five relationship agents, so the default lane runs at $0 inference on our own GPUs.
  • 468+ backend tests green, with Postgres row-level security enforced and proven against the live app credential.
  • Every customer write and agent run is recorded in an append-only, tamper-resistant audit log.
  • A live /health/integrations probe checks every federation seam continuously, so a silent integration failure can't hide.

Pricing and access

Live in production behind single sign-on. We run Magic Unicorn's own customer pipeline on it every day. Public onboarding and pricing are coming; follow the build log for the opening.

Shipping log

What just shipped.

  • June 2026: production launch at customer-ops.unicorncommander.ai with all live federation seams verified green.
  • June 2026: 40-call live A/B, local Qwen matched Claude quality across all five relationship agents.
  • June 2026: enterprise hardening shipped: enforced row-level security, scoped access tokens, and an append-only audit log.

FAQ

Plain answers.

Is this another CRM I have to keep updated?

No. Customer-Ops is a surface, not a second database. It reads contacts, invoices, email threads, meetings, and projects live from the apps that own them, so the 360 is always current and there's nothing to re-key.

Can the agents act on their own?

They watch, triage, and draft on their own. When it's time to change something, the Relations Officer proposes one write at a time (a stage move, a note, a reopen) and nothing executes until you confirm. Every action lands in an append-only audit log.

What does the AI cost to run?

The bundled lane runs on a local Qwen model at $0 per call, and it matched Claude quality across all five agents in a 40-call live A/B. You can opt in to Claude on any individual call when you want it.

How is this different from Contact-Ops?

Contact-Ops owns canonical contact identity for the whole suite. Customer-Ops is the relationship cockpit on top of it: pipeline, deals, dashboards, and the agents that move them forward.

Does it send texts or iMessages?

Email is federated today through Email-Ops, including drafts that wait for your approval. SMS and iMessage are on the roadmap.
