Is this another CRM I have to keep updated?
No. Customer-Ops is a surface, not a second database. It reads contacts, invoices, email threads, meetings, and projects live from the apps that own them, so the 360 is always current and there's nothing to re-key.
Can the agents act on their own?
They watch, triage, and draft on their own. When it's time to change something, the Relations Officer proposes one write at a time (a stage move, a note, a reopen) and nothing executes until you confirm. Every action lands in an append-only audit log.
What does the AI cost to run?
The bundled lane runs on a local Qwen model at $0 per call, and it matched Claude quality across all five agents in a 40-call live A/B. You can opt in to Claude on any individual call when you want it.
How is this different from Contact-Ops?
Contact-Ops owns canonical contact identity for the whole suite. Customer-Ops is the relationship cockpit on top of it: pipeline, deals, dashboards, and the agents that move them forward.
Does it send texts or iMessages?
Email is federated today through Email-Ops, including drafts that wait for your approval. SMS and iMessage are on the roadmap.
