Delete your data

Use these steps to request deletion.

Data deletion instructions

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the email address, phone number or account name you used with us, and which of these it concerns: a conversation with the assistant, a form you sent, email with us, or one of our social media apps.
3. We confirm receipt, delete the data from our customer records, mail system, conversation logs and scheduling tool, and revoke any access token tied to you. We reply within 30 days to say it is done.
4. For our Facebook, Instagram or Threads app you can also remove the app in your Meta account settings (Settings, then Apps and Websites); that revokes our access immediately.
